1. What products do you sell?

2. What is your order processing and delivery time?
Orders are processed within 6 business days, and delivery usually takes an additional 6 business days via Bluedart courier.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Currently, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
5. What is your return or exchange policy?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required for any exchange request. Please note, we do not provide refunds. Customers bear the return shipping costs. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate an exchange.
6. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UPI payments, debit/credit cards, and online payments through Cashfree. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
